Once we know Type of Event and Guest count we use a square foot per person,our team helps you select the right size based on your event layout and vision.
⚫ Can the tent be set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt?
Yes, our tents can be safely installed on most surfaces including grass, gravel, asphalt, or concrete. We use different anchoring methods such as stakes, ballast weights, or anchors to ensure the structure is secure and meets local codes.
⚫ Do I need a permit for a tent?
In most cities, tents over a certain size (often 400 sq. ft.) require a permit. We assist with permitting and provide the necessary documentation like engineered drawings and fire-rated materials to help ensure compliance with local regulations.
⚫ Is the flooring necessary or optional?
Flooring is optional but highly recommended for events where the ground may be uneven, wet, or if a polished, upscale look is desired. We offer different types of flooring including turf, subfloor, hardwood, and event-grade laminate based on your needs and budget.

We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance for large or high-demand events, and as early as possible during peak seasons (spring/summer and fall). However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
